Liz Fiebig is a marketing and strategy executive with over two decades of experience transforming the commercial landscape for Fortune 100 organizations. She is the co-developer of the GrowthGenius methodology—a proprietary framework that fuses Lean process principles with high-level commercial strategy to eliminate organizational silos and drive predictable revenue.

Liz’s expertise lies at the critical intersection of commercial & brand strategy, customer experience and organizational change management. Unlike career consultants who offer surface-level advice, Liz leverages a career’s worth of leadership to help firms modernize their infrastructure and navigate the human side of large-scale transformation within the commercial organization.

She enjoys working directly with growth-minded leaders to install the tools and operating rhythms that drive real results for their organziations. Liz holds an MBA from the Daniels College of Business and a Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Denver.

Aimee St. Peter is a commercial leader with over 16 years of experience driving revenue for global Fortune 500 brands. Aimee is an innovative, customer centric leader with expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Key Account programs. She is a master at replacing scattered outreach with precision-targeted playbooks that turn high-value accounts into long-term revenue partners. She works alongside teams to modernize sales infrastructure and implement the accountability rhythms required for predictable growth.

Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Colorado State University and has completed the Harvard Business School CORe program.
