About GrowthGenius

For Industrial, By Industrial.

GrowthGenius was founded by two commercial executives with a combined 30+ years running commercial functions inside Fortune 500 industrial organizations — and a shared conviction that the front office deserves the same discipline the plant floor already has.

Origin

Why we started GrowthGenius, and why the AI pivot wasn't a pivot at all.

Liz and Aimee left long corporate careers at the same time — both after years running commercial functions inside Fortune 500 industrial organizations, watching the same problems surface again and again. The front office was being asked to perform with the same urgency as operations but without the same discipline. GrowthGenius was built to close that gap.

Building GrowthGenius as just two people forced them deep into AI, not as an experiment but as a requirement. The deeper they went, the clearer something became: the commercial challenges their clients had been living with for years: pipeline visibility, competitive intelligence, content no one used, quoting processes that took days; had answers now that simply hadn't existed before. GrowthGenius is on this path because it became impossible to ignore.

What we believe

The things we hold to: in every engagement, with every client.

Trust is the foundation, not the outcome.

We only take engagements we know we can deliver on. And we'll tell you directly when the fit isn't right. We do what we say, and we say what we'll do, always.

We don't do anything halfway.

When your team is in an engagement, you have our full attention. When we're in a training session, we're fully in it. That's the standard, not a claim.

Humans are the point.

AI is powerful because humans are powerful. We're excited about what AI enables your commercial team to do — not what it does instead of them.

Liz Fiebig, Co-Founder and Executive Partner, GrowthGenius

Liz Fiebig — Co-Founder and Executive Partner

Liz spent 15 years running commercial functions inside Fortune 500 industrial organizations, including Danaher operating company Hach. What that culture instilled was the expectation that rigor applies everywhere, including the front office. That became the foundation we built on, not the blueprint we copied.  She carries an intimate knowledge of how commercial change actually moves through an industrial organization: who resists it, why, and what makes it stick.

At GrowthGenius, Liz leads client engagements and is the primary architect of how AI capability gets structured and transferred inside client organizations.

Aimee St. Peter, Co-Founder and Executive Partner, GrowthGenius

Aimee St Peter — Co-Founder and Executive Partner

Aimee spent 16 years inside Fortune 500 industrial organizations, most recently Danaher operating company Hach. She built her reputation on two things: creating the account-based strategy playbook that became the company standard, and a genuine love of kaizen: the belief that the commercial organization should improve every day. That combination of systems thinking and continuous improvement is what she brings to every client.

At GrowthGenius, Aimee leads AI and commercial excellence engagements. She coaches your people and builds their capability, designing for self-sufficiency so the team can eventually write its own playbook.

We work with a limited number of clients at any given time. That's intentional.

Every engagement gets everything we have. If that's the kind of partnership you're looking for, the next step is simple.
