GrowthGenius is a commercial AI training and consulting firm serving industrial manufacturers. We also deliver commercial excellence services including product development and commercialization support, and revenue pipeline optimization. Our principals spent a combined 30+ years running commercial functions inside Fortune 500 industrial organizations.
Who does GrowthGenius work with?
GrowthGenius works with commercial teams at industrial manufacturers — typically companies with $75M to $300M in revenue where the plant floor runs lean and the commercial function has not had the same discipline applied to it yet. GrowthGenius principals are based in Fort Collins, Colorado and Denver, Colorado. All engagements are delivered remotely inside your existing tools and environment. No on-site requirement.
Personalized AI Training
What is Personalized AI Training?
A 90-minute individual session with a GrowthGenius principal, built around your commercial function, your data, and your tools. The session works in two parts: first inside GrowthGenius tools to show what is possible with your commercial context, then inside your own tools to build something you keep — prompts, templates, or a structured workflow your team runs independently. $2,000. No prerequisites.
Who is it for?
Anyone with commercial responsibility at an industrial manufacturer — sales leaders, marketing professionals, sales operations managers, competitive intelligence analysts, and commercial excellence practitioners. If your work touches revenue, pipeline, competitive intelligence, or commercial process, the training is built for you.
What happens in the session?
The session meets you where you are. If you need fundamentals — what AI actually does and how to apply it in commercial work — that is where we focus. If you are ready to work through something specific, like building a competitive intelligence brief or analyzing your sales calls, we go there. By the end of the session you have built something in your own tools that you can run the next day.
How does booking work?
You book and pay online at $2,000. After payment, you receive a short intake form by email — it takes about ten minutes and helps tailor the session to your commercial context. From there, you schedule your session through our calendar. Nothing to prepare beyond the intake.
Commercial AI Implementation
What is Commercial AI Implementation?
GrowthGenius Commercial AI Implementation — delivered as a three-week engagement — takes one commercial AI use case from zero to operational inside your organization's environment. Your tools, your data, your team doing the work with a GrowthGenius principal guiding the process. Your team owns and runs the output permanently when the engagement is complete. Engagements start at $18,000.
Who is it for?
Commercial teams at industrial manufacturers who are ready to build a shared AI capability together. Typically a group of two to six people — a sales team, a marketing function, or a commercial operations group — led by a VP Sales, Sales Operations Director, Marketing Director, or Commercial Excellence Manager.
What does it produce?
Working prompts your team runs independently, repeatable workflows built into your existing tools, templates trained on your commercial context and voice, and documentation that allows the capability to be maintained and handed to new team members without losing fidelity.
What use cases are available?
Eight documented implementation tracks: Sales Call Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, Quoting and Pricing Intelligence, Content Generation, Strategic Planning, Growth Marketing Strategy, New Product Launch Readiness, and Commercial AI Facilitation. Custom use cases are available when the commercial problem is clear but does not map to a documented track.
How much time does it require?
Two to three hours per week per participating team member, primarily in live working sessions, over three weeks.
Do we need to prepare our data first?
No. Engagements work with data in its current state — whatever your team can access today. Data integrations and additional infrastructure are natural post-engagement investments once there is a clear ROI case.
How much does it cost?
Engagements start at $18,000. Final investment depends on use case complexity and team scope. The discovery call produces a fixed price before any commitment is made.

What commercial excellence services does GrowthGenius offer?
GrowthGenius delivers commercial excellence work in two domains: Product Development and Commercialization — a tollgate-driven framework that installs validation checkpoints from concept through commercial launch; and Revenue Pipeline — a full-funnel audit and process installation that makes commercial performance predictable. Both use Kaizen events, value stream mapping, tollgate systems, problem solving process, and standard work applied to the commercial function.
Do I need defined processes before AI makes sense?
For Personalized Training and Commercial AI Implementation, no. GrowthGenius scopes to what is accessible and works with your current state. If your commercial processes need definition before AI produces reliable results, our Commercial Excellence services address that first — and we will tell you directly if we think that is the right sequence.
Working with GrowthGenius
Can an individual do an implementation engagement without a team?
The implementation format is designed for teams. Individuals typically begin with Personalized AI Training, which is scoped and priced for one person. The training often identifies whether a team implementation engagement is the right next step.
How do Training and Implementation connect?
Training is the fastest way for an individual to understand where AI fits in their commercial function and what a team implementation would produce. Many implementation engagements begin with one or more team members completing a training session first. If an implementation makes sense, that conversation happens naturally in the training.
