AI-Enabled Competitive Intelligence
Registration for the September 16 Claude session has closed.
Add your name below and we'll email you as soon as the next Claude cohort is scheduled.

What you can expect in 90 minutes
Set up your account, start your report
On your own Claude account, you'll answer a few quick questions about your company and the competitors you want analyzed. Your report starts generating right away, in the background, while the session continues.
Learn how AI actually works
While your report builds, you'll learn the basics of working with AI: how it reasons through a problem, how to give it the right context, and how to set it up to run again on its own whenever you want a fresh report.
Walk through your finished report
Open the report that was built during the session. Walk through it section by section, giving feedback so the depth and customization are right. Before you leave, we'll set it up so you can run it again anytime, without starting from scratch.
A full report, and a new way to work.
You leave knowing how to set this up to generate a fresh report whenever you need one — no session required.
Feed in your product lines, pricing logic, and customer patterns over time, and every future report gets sharper.
Once you understand how this works, you'll start noticing other parts of your job where the same approach helps.
Report Example
This report is for a fictional company, invented to show you what the report contains without exposing a real client's competitive position. In the session, you build this exact structure on your own company, in your own Claude account.
Bring backup, or come alone.
Whether it's just you or a few colleagues joining, the price adjusts to match.

What commercial leaders are saying
Move past research and into action.
Prerequisites
Nobody touches a terminal or a console. Everything happens in plain English and if you can describe what you want in a sentence, you can do this.
Come prepared with the following items.
- 2–3 named competitors you want the report to analyze
- One strategic question you want the report to answerFor example: "Should we enter the XYZ market?" or "Why do we keep losing deals to [Competitor]?" Doesn't need to be perfectly worded, just something specific you're wrestling with.
- Any competitive research you already haveBring any existing reports, sales win/loss notes, or internal strategy documents. This is not required, but helpful if you've got it. Save everything in one folder on your desktop before the session so it's easy to find and pull up. The more context for your specific organization you bring, the more custom your report will be. Don't worry if you are limited in what you can find. Anytime you acquire more information, you can run your report again.
One more thing, a setting needs to be turned on before the session. Tell us what you have, and we'll tell you exactly what to do.
Liz Fiebig

I spent 14 years inside Danaher's commercial organization, which is where I learned what competitive intelligence looks like when done properly. Competitive intelligence, directed at a specific strategic question drives insight and action. Anything else is a waste of resource. I'm also an AI expert, credentialed in Agentic AI from Harvard, and run an AI-native commercial excellence firm. I run this session myself, with you building in your own account, on your own company. I'll answer questions as we go, and you can expect significant learnings in both how to build competitive intelligence, and how to use AI.
There are three ways to get competitive intelligence. Only one of them scales.
